I have the honour to inform you that I caused to be referred for the consideration of the Board of Trade the Ordinance No. 32 of 1889, amending the Patents Ordinance 47 of 1862, and that the Board have pointed out that in their opinion the reference in Section 1 of the Ordinance 21 of 1889 to the Imperial Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks Acts 1883 should read 1883 to 1888.
Accordingly the Ordinance should be re-enacted with that amendment.
